Agwin Innovations majorly focussed on manufacturing of Vegan leather from mango peal and pulp waste. The leather produced can be used to manufacture leather shoes and bags etc. The vegan leather not only a solution for the waste disposal but also reduce the carbon footprint and methane emission by substituting the animal skin leather. The fruit and leather industries are combined where the waste of the fruit industry is used to radically change the world of the polluting leather industry. The project focuses on several key objectives, including the collection and screening of fruits to determine their suitability for vegan leather production. It also aims to develop a cost-effective method for producing vegan leather. Furthermore, the project involves evaluating and inducing properties that mimic those of actual animal leather in the vegan alternative.
